Your next step is to download the medical information and Youth Worker Policy forms below and send them in along with your check.

Payment information:
The cost of the retreat is $95.
(If you are unemployed or a college student, and no community is covering any of your cost, you may pay $50.)  There are no extra fees for paying online, so the credit card option is convenient and will save you the hassle of writing a check.
